Security and retention

We use encrypted transport where supported by the service infrastructure. Temporary hashed request and rate-limit records are held in application memory for up to 15 minutes to reduce abuse and duplicate submissions. Enquiry emails remain in the team inbox for follow-up; you can request their deletion, subject to any legal or contractual retention obligations.
